If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cremation urn please contact us within 7 days of receiving your cremation urn. At this time we will give you a return authorization for your cremation urn.

Due to the delicate nature of the beautiful cremation urn we ask that it is returned to us in the original crate in order to protect it.

Please be aware that you are responsible for getting the cremation urn back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Each of our cremation urns are delicate pieces of art to ensure their safe return to us we suggest that you get insurance.
