Most of our cremation urns are available for express shipment via air next day delivery. Some of our more exquisite urn designs are kept in the artist’s showroom and will be sent directly to you from the artist. In the event that you choose an urn that is in an artist’s showroom we will personally contact the artist to see if the urn is available to be expressed shipped via next day delivery. Due to the unique designs of some of our more exquisite urns we are not able to store them at our facility, we do however know the importance of your cremation urns shipment. With this being said we will personally work with the artist to expedite the shipping of your cremation urn. Your beautiful Cremation urn will be shipped with DHL and will arrive to you the following business day in most cases. If you would like to have the urn delivered to a funeral home please let us know so we can make the proper arrangements for you.

If you prefer to have your cremation urns shipped to your home, please note that you will need to be home to sign for the package when it arrives. Under no circumstances will any cremation urn be left at your door step unsigned for.

When shipping to a funeral home your urn may be accepted by any associate of the funeral home. It can then be picked up at your convenience. We cover all the funeral home charges for accepting the package, as well as, cover any expenses to have the ashes placed within the urn and if your prefer sealed. For shipment to funeral homes, simply supply us with the name of the funeral home and the city it is in, or if you don’t have a preference, we will contact the nearest funeral home to you and handle all of the arrangements.

Our cremation urns are shipped in small wood crates. Each piece is insured by our company. The containers your cremation urns are shipped in have less than a 1% fail rate. Each urn is packaged properly to arrive in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that you receive any urn that is damaged, call us immediately. You will not be liable for any expenses period! We will work very quickly to resolve the issue. However, most of our artist will not re-create similar pieces, so any sold pieces can not be reproduced. If the original has been damaged or destroyed, the artist may re-create the piece for us, under these circumstances, if possible. Otherwise you will receive a full refund.

All shipments are delivered free of charge with UPS Ground service. UPS Express service shipments ( Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and all international freight ) are quoted upon shipment based on the package weight.
